This miniature vintage  is Little Seal, it's #2 of four ornaments from the 1990 Little  series. It features a sweet little seal with white flocking holding a gold star that says "1990." The seal is sitting on a sheet of ice and has a red bow around its neck.

Also available in this collection was a (sold separately) that was specially designed to display these miniature ornaments. The ornament has a loop at the top where an ornament hanger can be attached, or it can attach to one of the gold clasps on the wreath. 

The seal's white flocking has yellowed with age, which is a common problem for these flocked ornaments. The ornament has been displayed and shows some minor scuffs and wear. 

The bottom is marked: "Little Seal, #2 of 4, 1990 Hallmark Cards, Inc."
